In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. You’ll receive email updates upon dispatch or if any delays occur. Your tracking link will activate upon the courier’s first scan, typically within 12 hours of warehouse collection.
Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders
By default, orders are held until all items are in stock before dispatching. If you’d like available items sent sooner, we can arrange a partial delivery — just contact us. Note that split deliveries are booked separately with individual tracking, and a fee may apply.

We offer a 14-day change of mind return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition. A return shipping fee applies, and the initial delivery cost will also be deducted from your refund — including on free shipping orders. Clearance items, ex-display pieces, and made-to-order products are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Warranty
All Proferlo products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Most products carry additional warranty cover — where applicable, this will be listed on the product page. Your rights under this warranty are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Aria FAQ
Which mattresses fit the Aria?
Any standard Australian queen (153 × 203cm) or king (183 × 203cm) mattress. The deck sits recessed 2cm inside the rails, so your mattress sits inside a timber lip rather than on top of a flat platform. Recommended thickness and maximum weight guidance is coming — we publish the factory's numbers, not guesses.
Can I sit on the edge of the bed?
Yes. The rails are solid ash and every slat is carried at four points. Any single contact zone of the slat system — one person sitting, kneeling or standing on one spot — is rated to 181kg without failure.
Can one person really assemble it in under 5 minutes?
Yes — one person, no tools. The mortise-and-tenon joints press together by hand. We filmed a full assembly in real time at our Brisbane warehouse.
Why don't you offer a 100-night trial?
Trials are priced into the beds that offer them. We'd rather keep the Aria under $500 and back it with a 14-day return window and a 5-year structural warranty from the people who actually made it.
Will it squeak?
No — there's nothing to squeak. No screws, no bolts, no metal-on-metal contact points. The mortise-and-tenon joints press together by hand and tighten under load rather than working loose — the same joinery in furniture that's outlived the people who built it. If a squeak ever develops, every part is covered by the 5-year warranty.
Will mould grow under my mattress?
The Aria is built to prevent it. Solid-panel bases trap moisture under foam mattresses — through a wet Australian winter, that's how mould starts. The Aria's spaced solid fir slats and 16cm of open air underneath keep air moving across the underside of your mattress, exactly the setup mattress-makers recommend.
