Yes — Proferlo furniture uses E0-rated board, the strictest common formaldehyde emission class, and our board independently tested at just 0.032 mg/m³ — 36% below even the E0 ceiling of 0.050 mg/m³, and roughly a quarter of what standard E1 flat-pack board is permitted to emit.

How is Proferlo furniture quality tested?
Every claim we make is verified by the CNAS-accredited Guangxi Forestry Research Institute (report GJBC-2025-0283) — not self-declared. Screw-hold strength tested up to 72% above the standard minimum, bending strength 38% above, and two-hour moisture swelling at 1.2% against a permitted 8%.
What that means for you: drawers, hinges and cam fittings that stay tight through years of daily use, house moves and re-assembly — the exact points where cheap flat-pack fails first.
How long does engineered board furniture last?
It depends entirely on the board grade — and that's the difference you're paying for. Proferlo board exceeds every strength minimum in the GB/T 4897 standard, with all four edges of every panel sealed against moisture. Typical flat-pack built to bare minimums often loosens and swells within a couple of years.

I love this bed frame, once built this is a masterpiece, have had many comments from friends and family saying just how nice and functional it is!
The instructions are slightly vague, it does say it takes 40mins to build. This genuinely took me a number of hours to build however I am not mad because the quality and results are outstanding.
Be aware however that the power ports integrated in the bed are American/asian ports, if you live in Australia you will need adapters to make these useable.
The lighting integrated in the bed head is perfect for nighttime reading and can be dulled and brightened as you hold down the button.
Honestly 10/10 bed frame.

Good quality bed. It was better than.i intially thought. What you see in the picture is exactly you get. The gas strut is able to hold my sleeping duck mattress which is very thick and heavy.

We suggest as you are the retailer to have an installer to put this all together as I am not joking the beauty of the bed almost supersedes the time we spent during assembly!!
Overall : I good, it could have been excellent
Overall it’s a good looking design and l like it. One star down for how difficult to assemble it. One star down for the wood attached to the lifting belt not be able to hold the king size mattress and dis attached from the rest of wood frame while lifting it.
Overall a great looking and functional bed.
Unfortunately, the bed lift and slat assembly was not accurate. I had to leave out 4 screws and adjust the slat position to the bed lift frame to make everything line up.

I’m really happy with this purchase it’s fantastic value for money. The instructions were clear, simple, and made assembly super easy. A video guide would be a great bonus if they ever add one, but even without it, the whole process was smooth. Overall, it’s a great product and absolutely worth it. If you’re considering something like this, I’d definitely recommend going for it.
