Is a "Factory Reset" the same as a clearance sale?
No. It is a logistical event, not a product close-out. Traditional clearance sales often feature unwanted, returned, or "end-of-life" items. The Proferlo Factory Reset is strictly operational. As a vertically integrated brand, we own our production lines. To initialize the manufacturing of our next design series, we must physically clear space in our distribution center. We are moving stock to create capacity, not to liquidate failed products.
Why are the prices so low?
We are pricing for velocity, not margin. Holding inventory costs money (warehousing fees, insurance, and management). When our warehouse approaches capacity, the cost of storing a unit exceeds the benefit of holding out for a full-price sale. By releasing these specific units at Wholesale Reset Pricing, we eliminate storage overhead and free up pallet space for incoming shipments. We pass these operational savings directly to you.
Are these items damaged, returned, or "seconds"?
Absolutely not. Every item in the Factory Reset collection is First-Quality Inventory.
Condition: Brand new, sealed in original factory packaging.
Origin: Direct from our warehouse shelves (never drop shipped to a customer).
Quality: These are the exact same best-selling designs sold at full price; they are simply part of a batch that must move.
Does the standard warranty still apply?
Yes. The price changes, but our promise does not. Because these are first-quality items, they carry the standard Proferlo 12 month Warranty. We do not compromise on post-purchase support, even at Reset pricing.
Will these items be restocked once they sell out?
Not at this price point. The Factory Reset is a finite event governed by warehouse capacity. Once the allocated pallet space is cleared, the remaining inventory will return to standard retail pricing, or the SKU will be archived to make room for the new production run.
