Yes — Proferlo furniture uses E0-rated board, the strictest common formaldehyde emission class, and our board independently tested at just 0.032 mg/m³ — 36% below even the E0 ceiling of 0.050 mg/m³, and roughly a quarter of what standard E1 flat-pack board is permitted to emit.

How is Proferlo furniture quality tested?
Every claim we make is verified by the CNAS-accredited Guangxi Forestry Research Institute (report GJBC-2025-0283) — not self-declared. Screw-hold strength tested up to 72% above the standard minimum, bending strength 38% above, and two-hour moisture swelling at 1.2% against a permitted 8%.

How long does engineered board furniture last?
It depends entirely on the board grade — and that's the difference you're paying for. Proferlo board exceeds every strength minimum in the GB/T 4897 standard, with all four edges of every panel sealed against moisture. Typical flat-pack built to bare minimums often loosens and swells within a couple of years.

I am absolutely thrilled with this Polia 2 Doors Shoe Cabinet! It exceeded all my expectations. The cabinet looks exactly like the photos online, and the dimensions are perfect for my space.
The quality is outstanding. The material feels durable, sturdy, and much more premium than I expected. The finish is smooth, beautiful to touch, and very easy to clean. The colour is gorgeous and gives the cabinet an elegant, expensive look.
One of my biggest concerns was whether my men’s size 11 shoes would fit, and I’m happy to say they fit perfectly with no issues at all.
The design is stylish, practical, and provides excellent storage while keeping everything neat and organised. It genuinely looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture and is worth every dollar.
I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-made shoe cabinet.
The cabinet is very solid and sturdy, and not difficult to assemble. The only challenging part is getting the folding doors aligned properly. The instructions aren’t very detailed, but if you have prior experience assembling furniture, it shouldn’t be a problem. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the materials used.

The cabinet looks great but Proferlo have slapped their logo sticker on it which I need to scratch off. Also the instructions have not been modified they are straight from the factory and two pieces are labelled as one part. Instructions could’ve been edited for clarity.
