Delivery & assembly

Second Chance units are delivered by Allied, our regular carrier, then assembled in your home by KitSet Brisbane. Delivery to a Brisbane metro address and full assembly are included in the price.

  • Delivery: we book it with Allied after your order. It arrives on our normal Brisbane timeframe.
  • Assembly: once it's delivered you get a link to book a time directly with KitSet Brisbane. Their available times apply.
  • Keep the carton sealed until KitSet arrives. Opening it before assembly voids the warranty and any refund on this unit.
  • Not included: removing old furniture, wall mounting for TV units and mirrors, moving other furniture to make room.
  • Access: someone 18 or over needs to be home for delivery and for assembly. Tell us about stairs, lifts or tight access when we book.
  • Prefer to collect? Click & Collect by appointment from Acacia Ridge, same price. You still get the KitSet booking link once it's home.

Changing your KitSet time: give them 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours KitSet charges its minimum call-out fee of $129, and a rescheduled job may be charged again (KitSet's terms). KitSet builds it and takes the packaging away.

Warranty & returns on Second Chance units

Same warranty as new: 12 months on every product, and 3 years structural on bed frames and sofas. The marks listed on the product page are disclosed at sale and are not defects.

Second Chance units are clearance stock, so change-of-mind returns are not available. Opening the carton before KitSet assembles it voids the warranty and any refund on the unit. Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply.
